These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lodivip4 ("lodivip4," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lodivip4 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on lodivip4 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your lodivip4 account details. lodivip4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• lodivip4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes or government-mandated fees on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

lodivip4 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Most lodivip4 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available to eligible players who have a verified lodivip4 account in good standing. lodivip4 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on lodivip4.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Using the lodivip4 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any lodivip4 game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the lodivip4 Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Without limiting the foregoing, lodivip4 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond lodivip4's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your lodivip4 account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any gambling losses sustained through the use of the lodivip4 Platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losing is a foreseeable outcome.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from the appropriate Philippine governmental or regulatory authority.
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lodivip4 will endeavor to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach of these Terms, any withheld funds will be released to the player. Where a breach is confirmed, lodivip4 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their lodivip4 account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or relevant regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent lodivip4 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect our legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
